What's New
Everything new in the game. The latest is at the top.
November 5, 2026
- Play without signing up: the sign-in screen now has a "Play without signing up" button. You can sign in with Gmail later using "Save progress" without losing your farm. Guests only receive gems (tutorial, daily, levels) and can buy after signing in with Gmail. The game also now downloads in the background while you choose how to sign in, so it opens faster.
- Welcome gift: finish the tutorial by playing and earn 20 gems. The prize shows in gold on the tutorial card. Skipping the tutorial does not earn it.
- Real multiplayer on the same farm: everyone now sees the same wolves, boars and bandits, in the same places. You can see an animal attacking the other player and the other player shooting or striking (with the bullet trail and the sound). Whoever lands the killing shot gets the reward. You can also see when the other player is bleeding ("bleeding" shows up and they leave drops on the ground) and when they go down.
- New role: Manager. Hire one in the Crew (from level 9). The manager checks the accepted orders in the queue, subtracts what is already in the barn and what is growing, and tells each farmhand what to plant and which pasture each caretaker tends first. They walk around the farm giving orders and warn you when seeds run out.
- A calmer start: up to level 5, wolves and boars only attack you if you attack them first.
- On another player's farm: a banner at the top shows whose farm it is, the owner's level and whether they're a friend, neutral or enemy (in red, warning that their guards attack). The banner has an arrow pointing to your farm and a Go back home button. On the map, your farm shows as "Your farm".
- Diplomacy on the map: open the Map and click another player's farm to set friend, neutral or enemy. Each farm's border shows the relationship: green friend, red enemy, brown neutral (everyone starts neutral). When someone changes their diplomacy with you, a notice window pops up right away.
- More natural sounds: thunder now has the crack of the lightning and a long rumble that rolls and fades away. Animal grunts and growls (and the mooing, bleating and clucking of your livestock) are only heard up close and happen less often.
- Everyone starts with the machete: you no longer need to buy a weapon to fight off wolves and boars early on. Press 4 (or click the machete, bottom left) and click to strike. The tutorial has a new step about it, and you get a reminder if you're hit while empty-handed.
- More gates in the fence: in the plot or main garden panel, Defense tab, use "Open another gate" and click the fence section where you want the gate ($120 each, up to 3 extra per fence). You, your crew and the animals use the nearest gate.
- Choose what the farmhand plants: click a farmhand and, on their card, pick one or more crops under "What to plant". They only plant those, starting with the one you have the most seeds of. "All" goes back to planting anything.
- An offer to keep a worker: when someone on your crew gets very unhappy, you get a warning before they quit. You can make an offer for them to stay (a 25% raise and a bonus of two days' wages) or let them go.
- Hold to buy: hold the plus or minus button for seeds, ammo or the medkit to buy or sell over and over, without clicking again and again.
- New street lamp: the street lamp is now a classic lantern with lit glass.
- Fixes: the campfire in the published game has real fire again (it was turning into squares). The big farm gate no longer has a loose plank. The stone wall corner is now a stone pillar. The Pays and Fine tags on orders no longer overlap. Button text never goes past the edge, even after switching languages.
- Fences, gates, roads and lights: the Construction tab now has a wooden fence, corner fence, white picket fence, rustic fence, wooden gate, hedge gate, stone pillar, stepping stones, sidewalk, road (straight, bend, crossroad and end), plank deck and planter. Paths, roads and decks lie flat on the ground, and you can put a bench, barrel or lamp on top of them.
- Floodlight and street lamp: two new defenses that light up the night. The floodlight is bright, and wolves and boars stay away from it.
- Where you can build: while picking the spot, the ground shows the farm limit (yellow line) and the plots (in red), which are kept free for gardens or pastures. When you can't build, the warning gives the exact reason: plot for sale, too close to the garden, the pond and so on.
- A real campfire: the campfire now has a flame that rises and flickers, sparks and smoke.
- Shots no longer go through things: a wall, building, tree, rock or construction in the line of fire takes the shot before the animal. From up in the watchtower, shots still pass over everything.
- Climbing the stone wall: the farmer steps onto the top of the wall and swings the legs over, without them going into the stone.
- Fixes: clicking a broken sprinkler now repairs it. Gate and animal health bars no longer show over the menu. The building info card is fully in English in English mode.
- Building info: click any building on the farm (or get close and press E) to see what it does, its current effect, what the next level gives, the price and the level it needs. From there you can upgrade the building or pick the piece up. Before, pressing E next to a decoration picked it up without asking.
- Build button: the left menu now has a Build button that opens the buildings (windmill, henhouse, kennel, workshop), defenses and decorations right away. New buildings now show with the right model: before, some turned into colorful black blocks.
- Build whatever you like on your farm: in the farm panel, the Upgrades, Defense and Construction tabs got lots of new buildings. Pick the spot with the green preview, rotate with R and place it with a click.
- Upgrades with their own building: windmill (orders pay more), henhouse (animals produce faster), kennel (the dog's food lasts longer) and workshop (weapons deal more damage). Each one goes up to level 3.
- New defenses: campfire (lights up the night, and wolves and boars stay away from the fire), nail palisade (hurts anything that touches it) and alarm bell (rings when danger comes near).
- Decorations: fountain, bench, hedge, trees, rock, cart, barrels, crates, chest, woodpile, canvas tent and signpost. Defenses and decorations can be picked up with E for half their price back.
- Tired soil and fertilizer: after 3 harvests on the same plot, the soil gets tired and plants grow slower and slower. Buy fertilizer at the new stall at the fair, next to the exit: it's used automatically when you plant and makes the soil good again. The fertilizer from the gem shop is now called "quick fertilizer".
- Sprinklers break: every now and then the sprinkler breaks, puffs smoke and stops watering. Repair it by clicking it, with E next to it or in the farm panel.

- Flag with your own image: whoever created the co-op can upload an image for its flag, under Co-op > Group > Flag image. It's cropped to a square and shows on the Co-op Shed's flagpole and in the group panel. You can change or remove it any time.
- A cleaner screen: zooming far out no longer shows a blue strip at the bottom of the screen. With many orders, the right-hand column no longer covers the minimap: the ones that don't fit go into "+N orders" and show up once the top ones leave. Market and shed signs no longer let text spill past the edge, and the shed baskets show the name of the good they need. In English mode, more text is now translated (crew, times, pass, seed tips).
- Co-op Shed: your co-op now has a real shed in the village, north of the market square, with the group's flag on the roof. Each shared good sits in its own crate that fills up and empties, with the number on top: get close and press E to store or take. The cart for today's order has a basket for each good; just bring them from your barn. When the order is complete, you collect the prize right at the cart. The notice board shows the members and who stored or took what. In the panel, the Shed tab takes you straight there.
- Co-op invites: after you invite someone, their card shows "invite sent … ago" and the button becomes "Resend". Whoever is invited sees the invite as soon as they open the game, with Accept or Decline.
- Sales right in front of you: while you are at the market, every customer who stops at your stall buys right there, and the amount pops up above it ("+$12 Seu Antônio took 3 lettuces"). If everything is too expensive, the customer says so and walks away. Customers also no longer walk through the stalls, the planter in the middle or the carts. Away from the market, your stall keeps selling on its own.
- Chat and microphone: the "Talk" button is now called "Chat", and voice is a microphone icon right below it. To talk, keep holding the button or the V key.
- A field that looks like a field: the ground is no longer a flat lime green. It now has patches of drier and lusher grass, clumps, a bit of bare soil showing through and a few wildflowers here and there. The grass tufts and the pond edge got the same tone.
- Zoomed out without the lag: with the camera pulled far back the game used to get heavy, because the black outline of every object was drawn on its own. Now all outlines are drawn at once, so zooming out runs much lighter, with the same look.
- God Farmer in English: in Settings (the gear), under "Idioma · Language", you can play in Portuguese or English. If your browser is in English, the game starts in English, including the login screen and checkout.
- A quieter farm: the guards' gunshots are softer, and animals hurt by the dog or the guards can only be heard up close. When you're the one who hits, the sound is the same as before.
- Opened it on your phone? God Farmer is played on a computer, so if you open it on your phone you can now send the link to your own WhatsApp or e-mail, or copy it, and open it on your PC later.
- Smooth-walking neighbors: visitors on your farm now walk at the same pace they walked on their side, without freezing, speeding up or jumping when the internet hiccups.
- A fairer game: raids are now decided by the server, using each farm's real strength, and only count for players who are actually on the neighbor's farm. Stealing from a plot also requires being there, and only ripe crops can be taken. Saves edited to get money, XP or goods out of nowhere are corrected, and the game can no longer be opened hidden inside another website.
- A new look for the market: colorful townhouses with tiled roofs and shuttered windows, striped stalls full of vegetables, eggs, cheese and jars of honey, carts, barrels, flags, iron lanterns that light the square at night, and paved streets with lane markings, curbs, sidewalks and crosswalks around the pink-tiled square. Stall names now show on easy-to-read signs.
- Real recorded sounds: coins, cash register, hits, falls, hammering, machete, gun reload, alarm bell, level up, healing, the dog's bark, the wolf's growl, the boar's grunt, the chicken's cluck, the cow's moo and the sheep's bleat are now recordings instead of synthesized sounds.
- Co-op order: every day your co-op gets a big order with three products. Each member delivers from their own barn and gets paid right away; if the order is finished before the day changes, everyone who delivered earns diamonds and a cash bonus.
- Co-ops: form a group of up to 6 farmers with a name and a flag. There's a shared barn (put in what you have left over, take what you need, up to 40 items a day) and a co-op ranking by combined net worth.
- What's New page: you can now follow everything that changes in the game here.
- Sound effects volume: sounds have their own volume in Settings and get quieter when they're far from you.
November 3, 2026
- Diplomacy: mark each neighbor as a friend, neutral or enemy. Friends don't raid each other; with enemies, the guards shoot for real.
- Your neighbor's workers: when you visit another farm, you see their team at work.
- Chat and voice on the farm: talk by text or voice with whoever is on the same farm. Messages show up in a bubble above their head.
- Neighbors on the minimap: players on the farm show up with their name above the dot (purple at peace, red if they're an enemy).
- Tabbed land panel: Animals or Garden, Defense and Building; at the house, also Farm and Upgrades.
- Time and weather in one place: the time, today's weather, tomorrow's weather and the days left in the round, in one card at the bottom.
- Market in the village square: colorful houses, a church, striped stalls and customers walking between them. Buy your own stall and choose what to sell and for how much.
- Checkout in the game's style: Pix and card through Mercado Pago, with the option to save your card.
- Required truck order and team slots paid with farm money.
- Workers go back to where they were when you reload the page.
- Animals or bandits taken down by a neighbor's guards don't give a reward to visitors.
- Farmhands no longer stand still in the corner of the garden, and don't water plots that already have a sprinkler or rain.
November 1, 2026
- Weekly rounds: every Monday the farms start over. Your placement is saved and adds points to the overall ranking.
- Weather that changes every day, with rain, lightning storms and thunder.
- Truck with headlights on at night.
- Tabbed team: hiring on one side, your team sorted by job on the other.
- Tired workers sit leaning against the barn wall to rest.
- Bandits crouch-walk without sliding.
- More protection against people who try to cheat by editing the game.
October 31, 2026
- Real nights: it gets dark, and you light up the farm with lanterns. In the dark, bandits and animals hide.
- Watchtowers built wherever you want, with construction time. You and the guards climb up and shoot from the top.
- Worker profile: click a worker to see their mood, tiredness, level, requests and thoughts, and choose their task.
- Land plots: choose garden or pasture when you buy, sell land, and open more lots when they run out.
- Automatic graphics that adjust to your computer, with a warning when it's below the minimum.
- Diamond shop with items that make the game easier, and a tutorial for beginners.
- Far less stuttering in the browser.
